Playce, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia operates padel courts and a booking service. This policy explains — in plain language, as required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — what data we collect, why, where it goes, and your rights. It applies to our website, our WhatsApp service, and bookings made at the club.

We collect the minimum needed to run your bookings. We do not collect sensitive data (health, location tracking, ID documents).

We use specialist providers; some are outside Saudi Arabia. We transfer only the minimum needed to serve you, under the PDPL Transfer Regulation (transfer necessary to perform your contract), with a documented risk assessment and provider data-processing agreements.

Booking & payment records: as required by Saudi commercial and tax regulations (up to 10 years), then deleted. Customer profile: while you remain a customer; deleted on request. Ratings & feedback: up to 2 years. Login codes & sessions: minutes to hours, automatically.
Under the PDPL you can, at any time and free of charge: know what data we hold about you; get a copy in a readable format; correct anything inaccurate; request deletion (we also instruct our providers to delete, including backups, unless a law requires keeping specific records); and withdraw consent for anything based on consent — as easily as you gave it.
How: message us on WhatsApp (+966 57 937 2970) or email contact@salehpalace.com. We respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) within 90 days of the incident.
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and one-time login codes. If a data leak ever endangers your data or rights, we will notify SDAIA within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay with clear guidance.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new date; material changes announced on WhatsApp.
